Cosmic Cat Claw Arcade
A claw arcade on South Durango in Las Vegas. We set up the accounts, built the website and the Squishy Party booking system, and gave staff the tools to run party day.
What we built.
We started with setup. Every login, admin account and marketing tool now sits in one place, owned by the business. We researched local competitors, pricing and party demand, then built the launch plan for taking parties online.
We built the brand style guide and the website, including a Squishy Parties page designed to change every month. The page takes on the look of whichever marketing theme the owner picks for that month, so the site stays current all year. Bookings run on Shopify: a month-view party calendar, seat and upgrade caps drawn from one count so no session oversells, a single-screen checkout and add-ons such as the Bedazzled Dumpling.
Staff see every booked and paid party on a custom session board, with run sheets for busy weekends. We review booking and site reports on a weekly call and keep the Google and Yelp hours matched to the site.
